Job description

  1. Supervise all the external service providers such as term contractors during regular maintenance and ensure that all work as specified in their contracts are properly and effectively carried out;
  2. Assist in all aspects of building defects and breakdown;
  3. Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness and security are always maintained;
  4. Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works;
  5. Co-ordinate and communicate with internal and external parties for property-related matters;
  6. Attend to feedbacks, complaints and services requested by the internal users;
  7. Involve in the inspection, supervising on projects and rectification works, trouble shooting, preventive and maintenance work;
  8. Recommend and implement improvement works;
  9. Handle administrative duties such as calling of quotations, issuing purchase orders, maintaining building records, etc.;
  10. Manage the term contractors and handle contracts renewal;
  11. Any other jobs as assigned by the Manager.
