About the Role
Singapore Productivity Centre (SGPC) is Singapore's national productivity organisation, helping enterprises transform through workforce development, productivity improvement and enterprise transformation.
We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to support one of SGPC's key growth portfolios – Workforce Development Grant (WDG) Job Redesign initiatives. Working closely with enterprises, consultants and government agencies, you will help organisations redesign jobs, improve work processes and build future-ready workplaces.
In addition to Job Redesign projects, you will also support Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) to help companies reskill employees into new and redesigned job roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Workforce Development Grant (WDG) Job Redesign Projects
- Manage end-to-end WDG Job Redesign projects.
- Engage enterprise leaders to identify productivity and workforce challenges.
- Coordinate with consultants to develop practical job redesign solutions.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables and documentation.
- Prepare grant submissions, reports and project closure documentation.
- Ensure compliance with WSG funding requirements and timelines.
2. Support Enterprise Workforce Transformation
- Conduct job analysis, process mapping and workforce planning discussions.
- Support redesign of work processes and job roles.
- Coordinate capability development and training recommendations.
- Help organisations improve productivity while creating better jobs.
3. Support to manage Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
- Support employers through the full CCP lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation, monitoring and claims.
- Liaise with employers and Workforce Singapore.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation and reporting.
4. Stakeholder & Project Management
- Build strong relationships with employers, consultants and government agencies.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across industries.
- Resolve operational issues and funding queries.
- Maintain project trackers and management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement of programme delivery.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resource, Operations or related disciplines.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, HR, consulting, workforce development or operations improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Workforce Singapore (WSG) programmes.
- Experience in Workforce Development Grant (WDG) Job Redesign.
- Experience in Career Conversion Programme (CCP).
- HR transformation or change management.
- Experience supporting Enterprises.
