Job description

Position Details:
  • Location: AMK Area

  • Employment Type: 2-Year Contract under Developer

  • Salary: Up to $5,500, based on experience

  • Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Executive / Technical Executive who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and who is passionate about dealing with complex systems such as Anacle.

This role requires someone with a strong sense of compliance, the ability to follow through on procedures without overstepping authority, and a practical understanding of fit-in/fit-out work, including reading and interpreting structural and electrical drawings.

You will play a key part in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, tenant needs are promptly addressed, and internal systems (though occasionally frustrating) are used effectively to manage operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee handover and takeover processes for premises from tenants and purchasers.

  • Process Purchase Orders (POs) and create service requests/tickets using Anacle system — must have the patience and persistence to work with system limitations.

  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules across all properties.

  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance, repair, and renovation works.

  • Ensure the security, cleanliness, and general upkeep of buildings and facilities.

  • Respond promptly to complaints, feedback, and service requests from stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Manage and oversee site works, including fit-out/replacement projects, with good understanding of M&E and structural drawings.

  • Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including roles such as SIC and First Aid when required.

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Facilities/Property Manager.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building, or Estate Management.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management.

  • Familiarity with Anacle or similar FM systems is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, M&E drawings — particularly important for fit-in and fit-out project management.

  • Good understanding of compliance processes and adherence to internal protocols — ideal for candidates who are detail-focused and disciplined.

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

  • WSQ training in SIC, ERT, and First Aid is an advantage.

  • Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and SCEM certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

What We Offer
  • Opportunities to grow in a structured yet dynamic environment

  • Exposure to end-to-end facilities and building management

  • A role with autonomy and responsibility, yet backed by a collaborative team

  • A place where problem-solving and initiative are valued daily.
