An established industry player is seeking a proactive individual to manage tenant relations and property maintenance. This role involves overseeing the handover of premises, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the security and cleanliness of properties. Employment Type: 2-Year Contract under Developer
Salary: Up to $5,500, based on experience
Must-Have Skills: Experience in tenancy fit-out and M&E (senior executive experience preferred)
Note: The property is large, and the tenants have high demands. We are looking for someone with strong tenant management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the handover and takeover of premises from tenants/purchasers.
Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for the company’s properties.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
Ensure the upkeep of buildings, with a focus on security and cleanliness.
Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.
Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants.
Serve as part of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (including SIC, ERT, and First Aid).
Manage site project work.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building, or Estate Management.
Possession of Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications is a plus.
WSQ training in SIC and ERT is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
A proactive team player with excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
