Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management.

Job description

Position Details:
  • Location: AMK Area

  • Employment Type: 2-Year Contract under Developer

  • Salary: Up to $5,500, based on experience

  • Must-Have Skills: Experience in tenancy fit-out and M&E (senior executive experience preferred)

  • Note: The property is large, and the tenants have high demands. We are looking for someone with strong tenant management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the handover and takeover of premises from tenants/purchasers.

  • Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for the company’s properties.

  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.

  • Ensure the upkeep of buildings, with a focus on security and cleanliness.

  • Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.

  • Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants.

  • Serve as part of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (including SIC, ERT, and First Aid).

  • Manage site project work.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building, or Estate Management.

  • Possession of Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications is a plus.

  • WSQ training in SIC and ERT is an added advantage.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • A proactive team player with excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
