Overview

You will assist the supervisor in achieving the vision and strategic goals of the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology (DSSO) in key clinical, education and research initiatives. You will plan and support strategic planning/budgeting exercises, retreats, management reports and assist in ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of Division projects that delivers the best patient care. You will provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate events organised by the division. You will collaborate with medical professionals, administrators, and external partners to conceptualize and organize relevant events within the surgical department, including conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and support strategic planning, budgeting exercises, retreats, and management reports to assist in achieving DSSO goals.
