Senior Executive / Executive, Innovation and Technology (Future Health System)

The Executive / Senior Executive shall participate and support the Project In-Charge in meeting the transformational requirements of the hospital or projects.

Your job duties include:

1. Facilitate/Join working sessions with stakeholders towards defined/achieving project deliverables and timeframe
2. Work with relevant cluster/hospital level workgroups to align projects and deliver project objectives
3. Assist/conduct project feasibility study, project exploratory (i.e. Proof Of Concept/piloting) and tendering process
4. Provide technical solutioning, analytical review and process review for the projects assigned
5. Ensure timely updates or escalation of issues at appropriate levels
6. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of projects
7. Manage project development and implementation (i.e. funding/grant approval and testing for operationalization)
8. Technical review on current trending technology or technology relevant to project at hand. Provide proposal for next stage project development or potential technology that can be implemented in SGH
9. Manage general administration duty

Job Requirement

1. Degree with minimum 2 years working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations
2. Knowledge or qualification in robotic engineering, mechatronics, robotics programming, project management, human factors or any other relevant to above job function is preferred
3. Able to manage/recommend/facilitate project changes accordingly will be an advantage
4. Experience with vendor management will be an advantage
5. Task driven, equipped with excellent facilitation skills, strong planning, analytical, organisation and excellent interpersonal skills
