A premier entertainment resort company in Singapore seeks a Loyalty Marketing Specialist to execute loyalty campaigns, manage strategic partnerships, and enhance member engagement. The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in marketing or related fields, along with at least one year of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential in this dynamic environment.
Execute loyalty campaigns, strategic partnerships and promotions (e.g., point multipliers, tier upgrades, special events, travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners)
Execute strategic partnerships (e.g., travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners) for the loyalty ecosystem
Plan rewards catalogs and ensure a seamless redemption experience for members
Monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on member engagements, redemptions, and campaign success
Perform cohort analysis, drive insights for ongoing program refinement, and analyze customer behavior and segment performance
Support and test loyalty system enhancements, app updates, or campaign set-ups
Execution of activities and functions with various supporting departments on guest retention
Perform all duties in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Authority and other statutory requirements, department and company policies, standard operation procedures, internal controls and service standards
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Diploma/Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in partnership engagement is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in loyalty marketing, or CRM or related field. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for more senior roles.
