Job summary

A premier entertainment resort company in Singapore seeks a Loyalty Marketing Specialist to execute loyalty campaigns, manage strategic partnerships, and enhance member engagement. The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in marketing or related fields, along with at least one year of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM. Responsibilities
  • Execute loyalty campaigns, strategic partnerships and promotions (e.g., point multipliers, tier upgrades, special events, travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners)

  • Execute strategic partnerships (e.g., travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners) for the loyalty ecosystem

  • Plan rewards catalogs and ensure a seamless redemption experience for members

  • Monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on member engagements, redemptions, and campaign success

  • Perform cohort analysis, drive insights for ongoing program refinement, and analyze customer behavior and segment performance

  • Support and test loyalty system enhancements, app updates, or campaign set-ups

  • Execution of activities and functions with various supporting departments on guest retention

  • Perform all duties in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Authority and other statutory requirements, department and company policies, standard operation procedures, internal controls and service standards

Requirements
  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age

  • Diploma/Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Prior experience in partnership engagement is a plus

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in loyalty marketing, or CRM or related field. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for more senior roles.
