Job description

Join our team as an Events Executive with one of Singapore’s market leaders in Life Insurance. This role offers you the opportunity to drive the execution of campaigns and events, aligning with our mission to make decisions easier and lives better. You'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and will benefit from a supportive environment focused on growth, creativity, and transformation in the industry.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute fulfillment procedures for events and non-event projects.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries related to customer and seller campaigns/promotions.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and collaterals.
  • Provide campaign support to stakeholders and business partners.
  • Initiate and develop event proposals meeting stakeholders’ needs.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, including cost and timeline negotiations.
  • Manage and oversee events while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor report results and gift redemptions.
  • Engage vendors in line with company procurement guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven event planning experience.
  • Strong sense of customer centricity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Photoshop.
  • Creative and proactive with good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
