Purpose of this position

To plan and manage the inventory and allocation of equipment to ensure maximum resource utilization.

1. Communicate with your team to understand the status of equipment planning for each project.
2. Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to the engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
3. Understand equipment that is away and should be part of the packing list once it arrives back at the base, and track them to ensure they are tested and prepared.
4. Follow up with engineering and warehouse teams to update serial numbers in the packing list as they prepare.
5. Keep the packing list updated for any changes required by the client or technical manager.
6. Share the final packing list with the Logistics team to ensure they have the completed and final version for communication with external parties (e.g., shipping agents or clients) and for preparing shipping documents.
7. Work closely with the warehouse team on quality control by randomly cross-checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before shipment departure.
8. Archive the final signed packing lists from the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.
9. Support your team in maintaining inventory by recording serial numbers of newly purchased CAPEX and removing written-off CAPEX.
10. Label equipment/parts according to company standards.
11. Assist in the physical inventory process.

7. Competent in managing at least two areas of job knowledge with an understanding of various broadcasting equipment/components.
