Job Responsibilities

• To lead on exploring, evaluate and conduct trial on new technologies
• Work with corporate team and suppliers on new initiatives and innovation projects
• Work with government agencies on any funding to implement new technologies and trials
• To evaluate the performance and recommendation to scale up when proven to be effective and meet our sustainability and operation excellence objectives
• To manage project executions
• To lead on the evaluation of new products and upgrading of building equipment to improve operations productivity and building efficiency
• To work on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve ISO and Green Mark or related certification
• To evaluate term contracts specifications and harmonise the specifications across multiple assets classes to obtain optimal cost and work efficiencies towards an outcome-based contract
• Fine tune operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approvals
• Support Doc controller in Document controls and compliance related areas
• Provide training to the Operations team
• Any other new tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Real Estate Management)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on ACMV system, building management system, knowledge of green buildings requirement and Property Management is a plus
• Experience in Energy Management and Audits (ISO systems) will be an added advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to deal with corporate stakeholders for reporting and project works
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
