A non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced partnerships manager to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, secure funding, and manage volunteer and donor relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong project management and communication skills. This role is essential in driving initiatives that support persons with intellectual disabilities in the community.
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable self-starter to be part of the team that drives holistic partnerships towards better quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families. This role is critical in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to establish partnerships and grow the movement towards an inclusive community.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, cultivate and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and government agencies that align their philanthropic goals with MINDS' mission and critical gaps.
Engage internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our cause, especially critical gaps that require support.
Secure financial, in-kind and/or volunteer support for MINDS' services, programmes and initiatives.
Cultivate positive relationships with potential, new and existing partners to establish long-term partnerships.
Represent the organisation at engagement events/activities.
Effectively communicate the organisation's mission and impact to diverse audiences
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, in particular corporations and government agencies.
Manage donation enquiry inbox and generate regular donation reports. Work closely with internal stakeholders on impact reporting for donor-funded programmes.
Communicate Donation Management SOP to internal stakeholders, address queries and provide support where necessary.
Drive the implementation of Volunteer and Donor Management System (VDMS), particularly the donation component through close collaboration with internal departments.
Manage the fundraising pipeline, develop/implement innovative fundraising strategies, and track progress towards fundraising goals.
Conceptualise, plan, and execute assigned campaigns/events/initiatives to ensure successful delivery, including developing marketing collaterals (campaign webpage and eDMs), securing partners and garnering volunteer support.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Communications team to plan, create and review content for campaign collaterals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure group volunteering sessions run smoothly and achieve optimal experience to foster long-term volunteerism
Assist in updating bi-monthly reports, decks and other support where applicable.
Manage team procurement, particularly for events and other initiatives where necessary.
Support other events/programmes organised by SCE.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Mass Communications or a related field
Other Information
At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, volunteer or donor management, event management and/or marketing communications.
Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects independently within tight deadlines and limited resources. This role requires a problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge in Volunteer and Donor Management System, website builder and procurement systems strongly preferred.
Experience in event, account management, statistical and impact reporting skills preferred.
