Position: Senior/Executive, Engagement (Corporate & Government)
Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable self-starter to join our team in driving holistic partnerships aimed at improving the quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) and their families. This role is vital in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to establish partnerships and promote an inclusive community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and government agencies aligned with their philanthropic goals and MINDS' mission.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to deepen understanding of our cause and identify critical support gaps.
  • Secure financial, in-kind, and volunteer support for MINDS' services, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partners to establish long-term collaborations.
  • Represent MINDS at engagement events and activities.
  • Communicate the organisation's mission and impact effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, especially corporations and government entities.
  • Manage donation inquiries and generate regular reports; collaborate internally on impact reporting for donor-funded projects.
  • Implement Donation Management SOPs, address queries, and support internal teams.
  • Lead the deployment of Volunteer and Donor Management System (VDMS), focusing on the donation module.
  • Manage fundraising activities, develop innovative strategies, and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, events, and initiatives, including creating marketing materials and securing partners and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to develop content for campaign materials.
  • Coordinate group volunteering sessions to ensure smooth operation and positive volunteer experiences.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other support materials.
  • Oversee procurement related to events and initiatives.
  • Support other events and programmes organized by SCE.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or related fields.
Additional Information
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in partnership, volunteer, or donor management, event management, or marketing communications.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Volunteer and Donor Management Systems, website builders, and procurement systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience in event planning, account management, and impact reporting is advantageous.
