Job description:

Position: Senior Executive / Executive, Emergency Preparedness

Department: Infrastructure & Campus Development

The executive's primary role is to ensure IMH's readiness to respond to various emergencies and maintain critical operations during disruptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and review emergency response plans
  • Plan and coordinate exercises to evaluate operational readiness and effectiveness
  • Manage incident reporting to relevant agencies and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and respond to emergency incidents and crises
  • Develop and oversee protocols for pandemics and disease outbreaks
  • Oversee inventory management and maintenance of emergency equipment (including dosimeters, respirators, and thermal scanners)
  • Perform secretariat duties for committees
  • Manage the implementation of the C3 System and Visitor Management System
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
