The Job
The Senior Executive, Marketing, will support the execution of Mighty Jaxx’s e-commerce strategy and event marketing across the APAC region (excluding China). Responsibilities include managing e-commerce and offline campaigns, operations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure regional success in e-commerce and offline initiatives, covering both B2B and B2C segments.
This role reports directly to the Sales Director (APAC excluding China) and indirectly to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
1. Online Marketingi. Support daily operational tasks specific to APAC, aligned with global e-commerce strategies.
ii. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt plans for local markets.
i. Execute and localize regional e-commerce campaigns for MJI (APAC ex CN).
ii. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
i. Test, implement, and provide feedback on new e-commerce features.
ii. Coordinate with technical teams for smooth rollout.
i. Manage daily operations including order processing, customer service, and platform maintenance.
ii. Work with logistics and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
i. Generate reports to inform management decisions and optimize outcomes.
2. Offline MarketingCoordinate marketing activities with offline channels and partners.
