Job description

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing marketing initiatives while ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operational activities of the CityNexus programme. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can manage both marketing activities and operational efficiency to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, gamification and events for the mall, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  2. Oversee the mall’s mobile app, ensuring effective content updates, user engagement, and feature enhancements.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty programme, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  4. Manage and coordinate the E-Voucher program, including creation, distribution, and tracking of E-Vouchers to drive customer participation and sales.
  5. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and relationships to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Collaborate with tenants and partners to drive marketing activations and digital outreach.
  7. Analyze customer data and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience in loyalty programme, CRM, customer engagement, mobile application deployment or digital marketing.
  3. Experience in industries such as retail or hospitality is preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  5. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized personality with a proactive and independent work approach.
  7. Ability to think strategically and work diligently in a dynamic environment.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
