Job description

What the role is:

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on:

You will be involved in development projects, including upgrading ITE’s training facilities. Your key responsibilities include:

• Implementing upgrades of ITE’s facilities, taking charge of projects from inception to completion;
• Formulating and implementing systems and procedures to ensure projects are well-managed and compliant with statutory requirements; and
• Managing contractors to ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant educational qualifications in M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, Estates Management, or other building-related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience; and
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
