Job description

What the role is:

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on:

Our Customer Relations team leads the College's communications efforts. We manage marketing, events, corporate visits, and outreach programmes - championing the ITE College East story through creativity, connection, and collaboration. At the heart of our outreach is the Experience ITE Centre, a hub for engaging secondary school students and showcasing what ITE has to offer.

As part of the Customer Relations team, you will be instrumental in shaping outreach and engagement efforts. Your portfolio will include:

  • Manage the Experience ITE Centre - Operate and grow this immersive space to promote the ITE brand of education.
  • Lead Outreach Events & Programmes - Plan, coordinate and execute initiatives targeting students, educators and parents, including career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys.
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation - Develop and manage engaging content for the College’s social media platforms to grow our online presence and connect meaningfully with our target audiences.
  • Mentor & Guide Student Leaders - Serve as staff advisor for the Student Ambassadors CCA Club, guiding student leaders in championing the ITE College East brand.
  • Support Cross-Functional Projects/Events - Collaborate with other departments and divisions to drive strategic projects and events.

What we are looking for:

If you're a team player with creative thinking and strong communication skills, this role is perfect for you. Ideally, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outreach, marketing, events management, or social media
  • Strong digital skills, especially in AI tools and content creation, and proven administrative and organisational strengths
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit and genuine interest in engaging youths and young adults in dynamic settings.
