Qualifications

Senior Executive - CRM, APAC

(12 months Contract)

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Executive - CRM, APAC - based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, data extraction, workflow creation, testing, and deployment.
  2. Leverage customer data to create targeted segments and personalized content for higher engagement.
  3. Develop and manage automated workflows for prospect nurturing, customer onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  4. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
  5. Ensure seamless data flow between Adobe Campaign and CRM systems.
  6. Maintain data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  7. Collaborate with Regional Data Analyst to monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, uplift) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  8. Work with content experts to leverage templates and visuals for visually captivating campaigns.
  9. Support global CRM initiatives by working closely with the CRM Manager to support the rollout of global loyalty and CRM campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in CRM Campaign Management and Deployment in an agency or in-house brand environment in APAC.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
  • Adobe Certified Expert certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in integrating with other channels: SMS/MMS, WhatsApp, LINE.
  • Experience managing B2C retail environment campaigns.
