A leading company is seeking a Senior Executive for Course Administration to manage training applications and logistics support. Responsibilities include precise handling of course processes, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service during course execution. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and a strong background in administration, particularly in educational settings, with a drive for operational excellence.
Position: Senior Executive, Course Administration x2
Post Title: Course Administration / Training Administration
Contract Duration: 1-year, renewable
Salary Range: $2,800 – $4,000 (commensurate with experience and background)
Workload: Candidate is expected to process approximately 500 applications per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Administration & Logistical Support
Process course applications via the Training Management System and maintain updated course information.
Prepare documentation for the appointment of internal/external trainers.
Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery of courses and programmes.
Organise manpower for on-site operations to ensure timely service delivery.
Liaise with internal departments for seamless course execution.
Handle public and student enquiries related to course offerings.
Post-Training Administration
Maintain and update course databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare evaluation reports and issue e-Certificates upon course completion.
Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure quality customer service.
Requirements:
Recognized Degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or training support operations.
Prior experience in Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) or continuing education/training providers is highly preferred.
Must be experienced in processing course applications.
