Job description

Position: Senior Executive, Course Administration x2
Post Title: Course Administration / Training Administration

  • Contract Duration: 1-year, renewable

  • Salary Range: $2,800 – $4,000 (commensurate with experience and background)

  • Workload: Candidate is expected to process approximately 500 applications per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Course Administration & Logistical Support

    • Process course applications via the Training Management System and maintain updated course information.

    • Prepare documentation for the appointment of internal/external trainers.

    • Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery of courses and programmes.

    • Organise manpower for on-site operations to ensure timely service delivery.

    • Liaise with internal departments for seamless course execution.

    • Handle public and student enquiries related to course offerings.

  2. Post-Training Administration

    • Maintain and update course databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    • Prepare evaluation reports and issue e-Certificates upon course completion.

    • Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree in any field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or training support operations.

  • Prior experience in Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) or continuing education/training providers is highly preferred.

  • Must be experienced in processing course applications.
