As a Senior Executive – Corporate Development & Performance Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collaborate with stakeholders to review strategic priorities for the Integrated Care Office in alignment with shifts in the operational landscape and Ministry of Health directives.
Coordinate the development of the annual workplan and financial budget to support informed decision-making.
Prepare presentation materials on corporate strategy, annual workplan, and budget development.
Provide secretariat support including minute-taking and coordinating meetings and discussions under the Population Health Headquarters.
Manage the events calendar and coordinate high-level strategic meetings.
Support the reporting process for departmental work targets and workstreams.
Track and review corporate KPIs and goals; facilitate discussions to align stakeholders and build consensus.
Lead operational discussions and follow-ups related to workspace planning requirements.
Oversee office layout and manage seating arrangements for departments within the Integrated Care Office.
Organize staff engagement initiatives, such as townhalls, to support communication of corporate strategy and promote organizational cohesion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
