As a Senior Executive, Community Engagement & Partnership, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Proactively identify, engage, and secure new funding prospects, including corporate sponsors, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of creative fundraising initiatives to broaden donor involvement and diversify revenue sources.
• Create and manage tailored donor engagement plans, ensuring consistent communication, meaningful recognition, and strong stewardship to elevate the donor experience and overall value.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate donor records, tracking interactions and reporting key relationship insights.
• Organize, manage, and deliver major fundraising events from planning through execution.
• Evaluate event results, donor participation, and fundraising performance to inform and improve future strategies.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations with proven experience related to fundraising, donor development, or any related fields.
