We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our Community Engagement unit as a Senior / Executive, Community Engagement (Fundraising). Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

Responsibilities

Fundraising Events
- Plan and execute fundraising/sponsorship events and activities.
- Partner with DPH supporters and volunteers on the execution of events and activities.

Donor & Sponsors Management
- Develop and manage relationships with DPH’s donors, sponsors and external partners.

Donation Processing & Data Management
- Process donations received through various collection channels efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that databases and website information are updated in a timely and effective manner.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in fundraising / community engagement setting.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communications/interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, CRM and Email Marketing software.
• Prepared to work late/weekends occasionally when needed.
• Strong sense of compassion/interest in healthcare or social services.
