The Tengah General and Community Hospital seeks a dynamic communications practitioner for its new hospital to support branding and marketing campaigns. The role involves managing social media content, engaging with communities, and analyzing digital metrics to ensure effective communication strategies. A collaborative approach is essential, partnering with various stakeholders to promote the hospital’s initiatives in the western Singapore region.
The Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH) Communications Office drives communication efforts for the designing and building and eventual opening and operations of the new hospital.
We seek a dynamic team player and self-driven communications practitioner to journey with us in our vision in caring for individuals and cultivating thriving communities in western Singapore; and profile TGCH as an exciting and innovative health campus to come.
The E/SE, TGCH Communications will assist the full spectrum of communications projects, events and activities as part of the social media track. He/she will support assigned projects, events or activities, and work with other cluster/institution communication teams and/or internal stakeholders within TGCH and with external stakeholders like ministries, partners, vendors and sponsors to execute 360° marketing and branding campaigns.
The E/SE, TGCH Communications will assist the full spectrum of social media and activities as part of the TGCH social media track. With a focus and specialisation on social media management and content creation, he/she will support the assigned projects and work with other cluster/institution communication teams and/or internal stakeholders within TGCH and with external stakeholders like partners and vendors to execute 360° digital campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Management
•Protect and enhance the organisation’s brand and reputation through proactive and reactive communication efforts.
•Partner various stakeholders to ensure consistency of the corporate identity and aligned messaging, as well as adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
External/ Internal Communications
•Develop and execute digital/social media marketing strategies to support key project milestones and organisation goals.
•Develop compelling and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts for various external/ internal communication platforms and utilise channels such as internet, intranet, email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin), mobile, displays, events, etc.
•Monitor digital/social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
•Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to measure effectiveness.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align digital/social media content with marketing campaigns and business goals.
•Stay abreast of digital/social media tools, trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimise engagement.
•Stay updated to the latest health news and lifestyle trends that matter to various audiences.
Events Management
•Support external events to promote the organisation’s initiatives and achievements.
•Support department, institution, or cluster events/ community outreach as appropriate, including programme and logistics; invitation list, collaterals production etc.
Administrative
•Be involved in organisation/ committee projects as required.
•Undertake secretariate and administrative duties as required.
