Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Event Management: Plan, maintain, and execute a calendar of events and outreach activities for orthopaedic and hand departments, from initial concept to successful delivery.
  2. Content Development & Promotion: Create and disseminate marketing strategies and patient education materials. This includes developing content for various digital platforms such as EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), posters, digital display panels, and social media posts.
  3. Digital Presence Management: Enhance the visibility and awareness of department services across diverse digital media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  4. Website Content & SEO: Regularly review and update website content, optimizing information navigation and engaging clinicians to contribute written materials. Additionally, assess SEO trends and effectiveness, refining strategies and addressing gaps to improve online visibility.
  5. Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce engaging visual content, including videos and reels, for clinic digital displays to effectively deliver key messages.
  6. Communication Support: Provide support in drafting essential communications such as memos, briefs, or invitations for departmental events.
  7. Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements
