You will play an instrumental role in facilitating the clinical governance of the Hospital through hospital-level policy-making, and ensuring the smooth execution of the Medical Board's deliverables.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • To collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to develop and maintain hospital-level policies, clinical guidelines and consent forms.
  • To ensure hospital policies comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) legislations and other guidelines.
  • To advocate and build support across clinical and non-clinical divisions for initiatives led by the Medical Board.
  • To facilitate the annual review of clinical work plans and related correspondences.
  • To ensure smooth execution and follow-up of Medical Board meetings.
  • To collaborate with Clinical Department Heads to support coordination of clinical services and governance initiatives.

The individual will also be exposed to other supportive tasks assigned within the department to facilitate clinical governance.

We are looking for an individual who has grit and is passionate to develop/hone his/her skills in managing health systems and policies. As a team, we coordinate closely with Healthcare Professionals across a wide spectrum of duties in the institution's dynamic and high-growth environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Science / Healthcare related.
  • Proficient in IT applications – E.g. MSWord, PowerPoint, MSExcel etc..
  • Good stakeholder management and presentation skills, meticulous and responsible.
  • A willingness to learn and explore best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ableto work independently and resourcefully in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated competencies required of the job are highly beneficial. Entry Level candidates with an interest in health systems and policies may be considered for this position.
