About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive to join the Healthcare Operations team.

As a Senior Executive, Healthcare Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of healthcare services.

Job Scope

1. Oversee the operations of assigned service points.
2. Collaborate with the Centre Manager and healthcare professionals to resolve system and process challenges.
3. Gather and analyze data to support informed decision-making and identify opportunities for enhancement.
4. Supervise a team of service associates, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
5. Contribute to the development and execution of proposals and initiatives to optimize operations.
6. Maintain high customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
7. Track customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
8. Accountable for meeting volume and financial objectives for designated clinical services.
9. Handle procurement and logistics management to support business operations.
10. Communicate and enforce hospital policies and procedures.
11. Ensure all policies and procedures remain up to date.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Health Service Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
