Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman Medical Board (CMB) and/or the various Division Leads while managing critical CMB office operations. In this role, you will coordinate their schedule and meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and oversee grant administration and budget reporting. You will support quality improvement initiatives, organise stakeholder engagement sessions, and assist in new service development projects.

Working closely with senior medical leadership, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the smooth running of the CMB office. Strong organisational abilities will be essential as you deliver administrative support and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Or Diploma in any discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Good analytical, presentation and writing skills as well as ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations under fast-paced and evolving conditions
