A leading airline seeks a Cabin Crew Administrator in Singapore. The role involves payroll management, scheduling, and administrative support for crew operations. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and a passion for aviation.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing payroll management through payroll processing and coordination with accounting personnel for Cabin crew.
Plan and coordinate cabin crew schedules.
Extract and analyze monthly work statistics.
Provide administrative support for cabin crew operations, including recruitment assistance and accurate maintenance of crew personnel records.
Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of work experience
Diploma holder or higher
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint;Must possess IT skills and have no hesitation in using software for payroll processing or schedule management.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in administration and airline operation preferred.
Understanding of company’s brand, service & philosophy
Passion for the aviation industry, with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, work independently.
Willing to work at Changi Airport
