Key Responsibilities:
- Support and derive business solutions for onboard retail workflows
- Manage inventory and procurement activities such as analysis, planning, sourcing and negotiating
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, business model and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Prepare and facilitate weekly meeting with internal and external stakeholders on forecasts, supplier updates, disruption plans and mitigation to ensure business continuity
- Conduct monthly internal audit to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements, and present results/recommendations to senior management
- Work on enhancement projects and innovative solutions to future-proof the business
Job Requirements:
- University degree or 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or strategy-related role.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and deadline management abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP and experience in generating reports and presentations.
