An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage policy submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:
Processing and ensuring all policy submissions to different insurance providers are in good order to minimize delays due to policy inceptions and minimize infractions, which can lead to Balance Scorecard (BSC) breaches.
Adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines for processing functions.
Meeting of KPIs – accuracy, quality output, and service levels.
Identify/highlight interdependencies when analyzing issues and be proactive to providers' solutions.
Participation in system enhancement activities:
Provision and review of system requirements.
Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes implementation and issue logs raised.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for processing functions with inter-dependencies.
Distribute and maintain proper records of all policy documents.
Maintenance of records for Principals' endorsed batch lists and courier services consignment notes.
Management and dissemination of providers’ announcements/updates.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with Insurance papers.
Able to handle the massive workload and documentation.
Minimum 5 to 6 years in the insurance industry.
Possess knowledge of financial products (such as insurance and investment).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
