Manulife is seeking a highly organised Senior Executive to support Business Development and Agency Management. The role focuses on governance of social media content, executive scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with a strong emphasis on compliance and confidentiality.

The position requires 1–3 years in financial services or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, agency management, compliance, or marketing operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Canva, with good sense of design aesthetic.

• Review representative-created content across social media to ensure MAS advertising guidelines, compliance, and brand standards.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations to representatives on compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate review records and audit trail documentation.
