Job summary

NHG Health, within the Education Technology & Analytics (ETA) team, is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support AI-enabled applications, project management and operations, and provide business analysis to drive innovation in clinical education.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, plan testing, maintain documentation and monitor application health while collaborating across departments to advance NHG's education technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, including testing, debugging and version control concepts.
• Familiarity with databases and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and implement application enhancements, bug fixes and new features using existing frameworks and technologies.
• Plan and execute testing, validate new features and maintain up-to-date technical documentation prior to release.
• Monitor application health, investigate and troubleshoot defects, escape complex issues when required, and support routine maintenance and deployment activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on project-related tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and new technologies to enhance work efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Support day-to-day administrative and IT operations, ensuring smooth running with minimal disruption and requests attended to promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience/Skills & Knowledge
