An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of specialist clinics. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Specialist Clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial sustainability and compliance with necessary regulations.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Development:
Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans for expanding clinic services and improving operations.
Work closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for service expansion, partnerships, and process improvements.
2. Budget and Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of the clinics, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial sustainability.
3. Operational Leadership & Business Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the specialist clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction.
Manage staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational workflows to optimize patient throughput and care quality.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across clinics.
Work closely with Management, Doctors, staff and patients in ensuring operational needs are met and resolved.
Ensure full compliance with necessary authorities and accreditation requirements are in place for all clinics.
4. Team Management and Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinic operation staff
Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Min Degree in Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Healthcare/Hospital/Clinic Operations
