Senior Executive Assistant, MMO

About The Role (1-year contract)

• Perform administrative support on recruitment matters.
• Perform maintenance of candidate profiles, ensuring candidates' documents are signed and filed correctly.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to provide onboarding for new hires.
• Update recruitment tracking files accurately.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with 1-2 years of relevant experience being advantageous.
• Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel to handle high-volume data.
• Able to multi-task and support activities.
• Able to respond to changing priorities and tight timelines.
