Job description

What The Role Is

You execute talent sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines across various job families through hands-on sourcing activities, alumni engagement, database management and creation of visual content to support recruitment initiatives.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Execute end-to-end talent sourcing activities including targeted searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and recruitment event support
  • Create and manage recruitment content including campaign visuals, presentation materials, and candidate outreach messages
  • Develop and maintain alumni engagement through newsletters, platform updates, and candidate record management
  • Update and organise talent pools while ensuring data accuracy and generating recruitment metrics dashboards
  • Draft job advertisements and manage posting schedules across platforms
  • Create recruitment visuals and maintain consistent employer branding across all channels
  • Generate comprehensive recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights
  • Support recruitment events and career fairs including booth management and candidate follow-ups

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work with data and analytics
