Job Responsibilities
To engage key stakeholders to formulate and review strategic work planning, with clear performance indicators (KPIs) to strive towards our vision at the corporate level.
To plan and organise key corporate planning events involving the Management team.
To review, monitor, and provide status updates to the management and Board on the roll-out of the strategic objectives for our key workplans and KPIs.
To plan and organise Board meetings and external stakeholders' meetings, ensuring a well-balanced agenda and smooth conduct of meetings.
To support Board Constitution review, appointment and renewal of Board Committee.
To plan, manage, and monitor the department's budget for operations relating to key accounts as well as the progress of NIEC-corporate-wide events and meetings relating to strategic planning and corporate governance matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of relevant work experience in strategic planning and corporate governance, including corporate strategic review, work planning, performance management, and board management.
Fresh graduates with interest are welcomed to apply.
Possess good organisation and coordination skills.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with the Early Childhood/Education sector will be advantageous.
