A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage community health screening operations. The successful applicant will oversee project management, develop stakeholder partnerships, and ensure strategic planning for health initiatives. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
Project Silver Screen (PSS) is a functional screening programme that focuses on improving the quality of life by detecting early decline in vision, hearing and oral health among seniors in the community. It adopts a three-tiered approach, starting with basic community-based screening (Level 1), further investigation and non-complex follow-up (Level 2) and complex case management (Level 3). SingHealth provides Level 2 assessments and will progressively take on Level 1 screenings.
In this role, you will analyse and report key performance indicators to management and government agencies, while ensuring operations meet established standards. You will drive strategic planning for population health initiatives and lead the transition of PSS Level 1 operations. This includes managing publicity campaigns, communications and developing implementation strategies for SingHealth's future screening operations through analysis of current community events.
Working closely with internal Regional Health System (RHS) departments, vendors and community partners, you will manage the delivery of PSS Level 1 pilot events. Your key responsibilities include developing stakeholder partnerships, overseeing marketing and publicity initiatives, and managing the PSS website and public enquiry channels. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
