A healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Service and Operations. The role involves focusing on digital enablement and transformation, ensuring software applications are ready for use, and driving improvements for better user adoption. Candidates should have a degree and at least 3 years of relevant IT experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be part of the Service & Operations department focusing on Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET), in particular software applications used by NUP end users and patients, including but not limited to Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), mobile applications such as Health Hub and NUHS App, and Billing System.
You will represent the department and end users in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure the interoperability of interdependent IT systems, and collaborate with other user departments, Synapxe and third-party vendors to ensure system readiness for go-live. For continuous improvement, you will drive and undertake enhancements on key functionalities of applications to improve their overall performances, user-friendliness and intuitiveness, leading to higher digital adoption rate.
As a de facto expert on applications, you will also provide timely advice and support, in partnership with Synapxe/vendors, to end users to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges/issues faced in their course of work or assignments undertaken.
Being a member of the DET workgroup, you are required to support clinic operations in achieving the set KPIs and HQ’s strategic and tactical plans & deliverables, as well as NUHS Cluster and NUP-wide initiatives and programmes. You will collaborate with cross-functional/department teams to drive, analyse, identify and implement containment and long-term solutions to improve the performances of IT systems and their related applications, leading to improved outcomes in the Key Focus Areas of the department, such as in Service Transformation and Tech Enablers.
