Senior / Executive / Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (Clinic)

You will be part of the Polyclinic Management Team supporting the Manager and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include coordinating and planning clinic activities, managing manpower and resources to ensure cost efficiency, effective management, and smooth daily operations of the clinic. You will also support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG, and contribute to achieving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Your duties include overseeing administrative activities like staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility management. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals, and activities to improve work processes, working collaboratively with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the polyclinic.

There will be opportunities to collaborate with team members across other workgroups, polyclinics, or HQ, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new polyclinics development, and emergency planning.
