Job description

Duration: 2 years

Location: Buona Vista

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Re-design and implement policy and process improvements to enhance programme experiences and operational efficiency
  • Engage with business units, corporate departments, and key stakeholders to understand user needs
  • Collect and analyse operational data to inform enhancements
  • Develop workflows and documentation such as SOPs and circulars
  • Support onboarding of revised policies and processes through well-designed interventions (e.g., job aids, briefings)
  • Ensure smooth execution of learning programmes (virtual, blended, and in-person formats), contributing to the assessment of process and policy effectiveness
  • Provide regular updates to management, including insights, recommendations, and progress towards operational objectives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in training operations or event support for learning programmes
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Effective communicator who is confident engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, including vendors and internal teams
  • Excellent project management capabilities — proactive in anticipating issues, planning ahead, and delivering outcomes on schedule
