Be part of a Programme Management Team to ensure successful execution of a complex and fast-paced project. Tasks include supporting the Programme Manager in the following:
Planning, executing, and tracking of programme timelines and deliverables
Coordinating between stakeholders such as Technical, Production, Legal and Finance Departments, to ensure alignment with programme deliverables
Communicating with Suppliers and tracking of Supplier deliverables
Providing regular updates to key stakeholders such as Management and Customer
Monitoring of risks, writing proposals for approvals, procurement, logistics arrangements and administrative tasks
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
Project execution experience will be an added advantage
