Job description

What the role is:

You will support Plans, Strategy and Transformation Office (PSTO)'s initiatives through event management, data analysis, training coordination, and back-office operations while contributing to MINDEF HQ's planning and transformation capabilities.

What you will be working on:

- Manage PSTO-led events and initiatives- Perform data analysis and create data visualisations- Coordinate training resources for capability building- Develop visual communication materials- Oversee secretariat and administrative functions- Handle finance support and knowledge management- Implement business continuity planning- Suggest workplace productivity improvements- Support transformation initiativesChallenge(s)- Keeping pace with fast-moving PSTO workstreams- Managing multiple priorities effectively- Adapting to new tools and technologies

What we are looking for:
