The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) brings together six national R&D, clinical translation, and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system. What you will be working on
The Role:
- Work with key stakeholders in CRIS and the Business Units to ensure smooth planning and execution of the organisation’s key goals.
- Develop key initiatives within CRIS and the Business Units.
- Handle administrative support tasks as part of the CRIS Planning function, including coordinating with other corporate functions for budget planning, managing procurement activities (sourcing quotations, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, ensuring compliance), drafting funding papers, and communicating initiatives to stakeholders.
- Attend and support CRIS Board meetings and other selected meetings by managing approval processes, coordinating schedules, consolidating agenda and materials, recording minutes, tracking tasks, and logistics arrangements.
- Track performance measures for key initiatives and manage periodic reports to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in ad-hoc planning and strategy tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including managing funding initiatives and report writing.
- Experience or strong knowledge in healthcare and/or clinical science is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with meeting secretariat functions is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, resourceful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to capture key points in discussions and organize them into structured workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
