About Department and Purpose of the PositionThis position will support the smooth and efficient functioning of the Orthopaedic Surgery department, ensuring that communication, public relations, media, marketing, and administrative tasks are well-organized and effectively executed. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing, conceptualizing digital content, planning events, and handling budgets. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the department's presence, streamline operations, and contribute to its overall success.
Duties and Responsibilities- Plan and maintain the calendar of events for the Orthopaedic and Hand Departments.
- Conceptualize and execute department events and outreach activities.
- Develop and promote marketing strategies and patient education materials relevant to the departments.
- Create content for EDMs, posters, digital panels, and social media posts.
- Enhance awareness of department services on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Review and update website content, improve navigation, and engage clinicians with write-ups.
- Create visually appealing content, videos, and reels for clinic digital displays.
- Assess SEO trends, refine strategies, and address gaps to improve visibility.
- Support drafting memos, briefs, or invitations for department events.
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Key Requirements- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some design software knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
