Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of inpatient wards and support functions.
• Coordinate ward infrastructure and improvement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to patients and compliance with hospital standards.
• Work with nurse managers, operations teams, and stakeholders to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and reporting, including preparation of proposals and approval papers.
• Drive improvements in customer service, operational workflows, and resource utilisation.
• Handle patient feedback and support service recovery.
• Review and update policies, workflows, and processes as required.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related fields.
• Knowledge of hospital operations or construction project management is an advantage.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills.
