Are you passionate about driving patient safety and clinical excellence? A local healthcare institution is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Medical Affairs – Clinical Governance team. In this vital role, you'll work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to strengthen quality assurance, support clinical governance functions, and champion a culture of safety and continual improvement.

???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and provide secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote quality assurance, patient safety, continual improvement, and risk management.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical quality improvement projects.
  • Assist in clinical governance operations, including data analysis and report preparation.
  • Serve as a resource person and build collaborative relationships with medical, nursing, allied health, and administrative teams.
  • Support hospital licensing, internal audits, incident management, and quality record reviews.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Degree in Life/Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health disciplines (e.g. Occupational/Physio/Speech Therapy).
  • Preferably 3–4 years’ healthcare experience. Fresh postgraduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Advantageous to know clinical quality frameworks (e.g. JCI, LEAN, Six Sigma, RCA, PDCA).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit; able to engage across departments and hierarchy levels.
  • Self-driven, organised, and capable of multitasking while delivering high-quality documentation.
  • Compassionate with a strong commitment to patient safety and ethical governance.
