Job description

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for clinical quality committees, workgroups, and related meetings.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on initiatives related to quality assurance, patient safety, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.

  • Design, initiate, and manage quality improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to clinical governance activities, including data analysis and report preparation.

  • Act as a liaison and support resource for medical, nursing, allied health, and administrative staff.

  • Assist with hospital licensing processes, internal audits, incident reviews, and clinical quality documentation assessments.

  • Perform additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by the Manager or Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration/Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health disciplines.

  • 3 - 4 years of experience within the healthcare sector.

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
