What the role is:
You manage learning operations and systems while driving process improvements through data analytics. You ensure smooth course administration and enhance training effectiveness through systematic analysis.
What you will be working on:
- Manage the digital transformation of learning processes and systems to drive data-driven decision-making in learning initiatives, as well as to evaluate and recommend technological solutions to enhance learning delivery and tracking- Administer end-to-end course management including nominations, registrations, attendance tracking and completion records in HR/learning management systems- Coordinate programme logistics with vendors and internal stakeholders, and process training-related payments and monitor budget utilisation- Review and analyse learning administration workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for learning operations- Track and analyse critical data such as programme satisfaction metrics and learning trends, as well as generate comprehensive training activity reports and monitor service level agreements- Provide insights on process efficiency and effectivenessChallenge(s)- Coordinating with diverse stakeholders who have competing priorities and schedules- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR databases
What we are looking for:
- Education in Business Administration, Analytics or a related field- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR systems and analytics is preferred- Experience in process analysis and improvement is advantageous- Advanced Excel and database skills- Strong process improvement capabilities- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Strong time management- Good communication and interpersonal skills(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
