Job description

Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR CoE Wellness & Awards

The position is designed to support the organization’s Wellness & Awards (W&A) lead, in partnership with institutions Wellness & Awards representatives and NUHS Wellbeing Office, to deliver strategy and initiatives collectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Wellness/Wellbeing projects and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;

  • Administer awards programs according to defined criteria by MOH or Cluster, organize panel review and handle submission;

  • Assist in managing NUHS Corp Office Long Service Awards, wellness and wellbeing programs;

  • Partner NUHS Wellbeing Office to implement staff wellbeing strategy;

  • Participate and support committees in organizing cluster’s key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day and AHPs’ Day, etc;

  • Participate in other projects where assigned.

Key Requirements

  • A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or administrative working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.

  • Good people management experience with strong interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.

  • Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
