What you'll be doing
Drive service transformation by collaborating with clinical, administrative, and technology teams to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and staff productivity
Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies, while developing KPIs to track effectiveness
Enhance quality initiatives for clinics and wards, including updating patient education materials and integrating automation and digital tools to improve patient engagement
Partner with clinical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams to implement change initiatives, monitor patient feedback, and address service gaps
Develop communication plans to drive adoption of new service workflows and technologies, ensuring smooth implementation
Support leadership in shaping long-term service strategies, contributing to policy development, and staying updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects that drive service innovation and enhance patient experience
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare/ Business Administration/ Public Health or related studies
3 – 5 years of experience in healthcare service improvement/ operations or project management
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex healthcare environment with a patient-centred approach.
